We recently had Foxtel (Aus cable TV) installed at our house. I worked in this industry for 8 years and this is probably the worst cabling job I’ve ever seen…what do you think?







To make matters worse it took me around 4 weeks to get it sorted. Not only was the cabling job bad but the Foxtel customer service was appalling. Even though I managed to get it fixed I feel it was swept under the carpet with no real follow up or even an apology. I could go on but I suppose they have wasted enough of my time already!

thats neat, have you got a service or not.it was surveyed first i take it maybe we could start a cabling company
With the rates foxtel pay their installers I wouldn’t blame the tech for doing a shonky job. Once foxtel starts paying the installers more money for the job then guys wont have to cut corners like this. Foxtel are scum to there customers and installers believe me I learned the hardway…
