The weather in Melbourne this morning has been raining heavily and given the rarity of this occurrence Alan thought it would be fun for Ella & Charlie to put on their gumboots and raincoats to go for a walk (as every Scottish child becomes accustomed to during childhood). Ella lasted 5 minutes before having a meltdown in the middle of the street – she didn’t want to get wet!! She came back and left the boys to it. Charlie came back beaming from ear to ear, not at all phased by his wet clothes etc.
