Sleep….

The dictionary might define it as “A natural periodic state of rest for the mind and body, in which the eyes usually close and consciousness is completely or partially lost, so that there is a decrease in bodily movement and responsiveness to external stimuli” but we all know that as parents of a newborn(s) its something we desperately seek and when we do attempt to achieve it we are awoken by the slightest whimper from the cradle meaning that we never actually get any proper rest. However, our little bubs at 12 weeks (3 corrected) have decided to ease up on Mummy & Daddy and have slept  for 5 hour stretches.  HURRAH.
