Can I Complete this Fitness Challenge?

The challenge is to run every day in December and the rules are 25 minutes or 5k whichever comes first. This all sounds good in theory, it’s not that far, 25 mins is short but, EVERY day is non-negotiable.

I have my nephew, Ryan Donaldson, my husband and my inability to pass up a challenge to thank for this!

So I went into it knowing full well there would be hurdles along the way, days when running was furthest from my mind but I’m still going and its day 22!

The first few were not fast and I looked anything but athletic, then it got a little easier and now I feel exhausted and a bit achy. Last Sunday evening involved a 10pm run after a few vinos (I convinced Uncle Harry to accompany me on the bike – safety first!) and yesterday morning Poppy & Rubes rode their bikes alongside me….it’s the little things that keep the legs going!

Is it too early to start counting down????
